Honda CB150R Streetfire Price In Bangladesh And Overview
Introduction
The CBR 150R (indo) is the sexiest racing machine. It also comes in a streetfighter or naked version. The CB150R Streetfire, made by PT Astra Honda Motor, a subsidiary of Honda Global, is also available (Source).Â
This bike is inspired by the 2016 CB500F & CB650F. The CBR is a street naked, which is designed for comfortable city riding. Let’s now see what this Bike has to offer. Review of the 2016 Honda CB150R Streetfire Indonesian Edition: you can see all Honda Bike price in Bangladesh.
Engine
The CB150R, like its cousin, is the flagship of the 150 CC street naked bikes category and the king in street performance. It uses the same engine as its CBR 150R cousin. This engine is the same as its cousin CBR 150R.
The bore of the engine is 57.3 mm. The stroke is 57.8mm. This results in a displacement of 149.16 cms. The compression ratio is 11.3 to 1. The machine is not safe if it has less than octane due to the fuel conditions in Bangladesh.
The engine is fed through a PGM-FI fuel injection system and controlled by the same ECU or Electric control unit or a computer that ensures that the machine is feeding correctly based on the riding conditions better than before.
Honda invented the fuel injection system of the Bike (PGM-FI) to give the maximum efficiency and not compromise the performance by analyzing different riding conditions, weather, altitude and inclination or disinclination, air temperature, engine temperature, humidity, etc.
It can now measure the bike angle while you ride. The engine now has NKG spark plugs. As an air filter, the machine has a Viscous paper filter element.
It is not known what the engine’s lubrication system looks like. Honda has tweaked the machine slightly to produce 16.9 PS peak power at 9000 pm and 13.8 Nm maximum torque at 7500 rpm. Although the peak power has declined, the torque is now accessible at lower revs. It’s a thumbs-up. The same 12-liter fuel tank supplies the engine.
The bike’s wet weight is 136 kg, which is 1 kg more than the 2016 CBR 150R. However, the power-to-weight ratio was 5.64 HP per 100 Kg. This may raise the question: “Is it slower?” Yes. Yes. Although it is slower than the CBR 150R but still super sporty and aerodynamic, it’s much more efficient than this Bike. The CBR 150 comes with both an electric and kick start.
Transmission
The Honda CBR 150RIt is mated to the same 6-speed standard transmission in one down and five up configurations, so it’s not surprising. The transmission is equipped with a wet multi-plate clutch. It is not known what the gear ratios are.
Design
The Bike is a naked streetfighter. As such, many engine parts and muscles will be visible. The new LED front headlamp, a sharp LED taillight, and turn signals lights design look great in this class. The LED is also more cost-effective as it is brighter, lasts longer, produces less heat, and is energy-efficient.
The Bike visor design is aggressive and aerodynamic. The tank is muscular, and the tank shrouds make it more aerodynamic. The tank’s keyhole is located on top of the tank. It looks futuristic. Bike unibody seat looks sportier than any other unibody seat on the market.
Two-piece grab rails in a sporty design have been installed. The Bike rear end looks sporty. The rear fender of the Bike is unlike any other bike on the market. It is plug-n-play, which means that it can be removed at any time.
Bike suddenly looks more relaxed with the engine’s gold finish and a sporty undercover that enhances its character. The large, sporty CBR 150R 5-spoke wheels are very fashionable.Â
There are two versions of the Bike: the standard edition and the special edition. Standard editions are available in Macho Red Black, Rapid Red White, and Wild Neon Green Black. Special editions include Raptor Black and Honda Racing Red colors.
Instrument console
The 2016 Honda CB150R Indonesian model uses the same all-digital unit, with a blue backlit Black & White LCD. It features a speedometer, odometer, and trip meter. Some indicators are available to aid the rider.
Switch gears
CBR 150 R switch gears and the typical Honda type are identical. The Bike includes an AHO and no engine kill switch or Headlight switch. The exchange location for the horn and turn signal switch is the same as that of the giant Honda bike. This means that the Horn switch is in turn signal switched position, and the turn signal is in Horn switches. A pass light switch is available on the Bike.
Electricals
The 2016 Honda CBR 150R’s electrical system is identical. It uses a 12V, 5Ah maintenance-free battery, and an AC generator. Bike utilizes a Digital Transistorized spark ignition system. The Bike features the most powerful low/high beam DC LED headlamp, tail/brake light, and each clear LED lens to turn signal lights. The Bike bank angle sensor automatically shuts down the engine when it falls.
Chassis & Dimensions
The 2016 CB150R was built by Honda using a Diamond Truss frame, similar to the CBR 150R. This should give the Bike more rigidity and stability when riding on roads and corners.
Honda CB 150R has been redesigned in dimensions. It now measures 2019 mm in length, 719 mm wide, 1039 mm high, and has a higher ground clearance of169 mm. The wheelbase is shorter at 1293 mm. The Bike wet weight is 136 Kg (with 90% of fuel and tool kit).
The Bike is more extended and broader than the 2016 CBR 150R. However, it is still manageable and controllable on the roads. For more stability in cities, the wheelbase has been reduced, and the Bike is now higher. This gives the bike more agility and skill.
Suspension
The suspension system of the 2016 Honda CB150R is identical to its predecessor. Telescopic forks are at the front, and five-step adjustable Spring Loaded Hydraulic Type PRO-Link Monoshocks are at the rear. The rectangular swing arm is attached to the rear. This is because the suspension on the older model was excellent, so why replace it? It serves its purpose and provides stability.
Wheels, Brakes & Tires
In the 2016 Streetfire, the same 2016 Honda CBR 150R wheels and brakes and tires were used. The 17-inch 5-spoke split alloy wheels, brakes, and tires remain the same. 276mm Disc with Nissin dual disc brakes at the front and 220mm rear disc with Nissin single-piston caliper is fitted. The front tire size is 100/80-17″, and the rear 130/70-17″. These tires offer incredible grip and are tubeless.
Performance
Surprisingly, the 2016 CB150R is just as fast as its cousin, 0-100 in just 9 seconds. This is due to its aerodynamic design. However, one will notice the Streetfire’s higher speed difference since it is a naked bike. The CBR 150R also delivers an average mileage of 45-50 km/L.
Bike liquid-cooled engine and auto fan should be more excellent than an air-cooled engine. Because of its Diamond Truss frame and wide tires, the Bike will handle well in corners and high speeds. The off-road performance of the Bike is a significant problem. This Bike is not as suitable for off-roading as it was before.
Comfort and Handling
The Bike should perform the same as the 2016 CBR 150R, provided that no structural modifications have been made. The CBR 150R large, well-cushioned, unibody seats will offer more comfort than the Bike. The Bike bank angle sensor detects when the bike falls or banks more than 75 degrees. If this happens, the engine will immediately shut down.
Conclusion
The 2016 Honda CB 150R Indonesian model is another example of Honda being Honda, no matter where it was made. Honda is not just a bike, but it’s hope and inspiration for all riders. Follow the link for all available Bike Price In Bangladesh.
